The goal of the newborn consultation is to lay the foundation for good sleep habits at this age in the first few weeks of life, and to establish a relaxed, guided, and flexible routine that helps you and your newborn get to know each other. I’ll show you techniques to help your baby settle faster and sleep longer, so you can incorporate more time for you into your routine, too.
